Fee structure 2025:
- R 3650-00 per year divided into 10 monthly installments of
- R 365-00 per month 01 Feb – 31 Nov (paying in advance)
- R 220-00 Annual Administration fee
- R3650-00 per year divided into monthly instalments of
- R365-00 per month (10 months) Feb – Nov by the 1st of each month.
- R220-00 Annual Administration Fee payable on 1 st month when starting.
- You are welcome to pay fees in advance, your account will be in credit with a minus (-) sign in front of the amount.
- Class fees are calculated annually and divided into 10 monthly instalments of R365-00
Government school holidays / Private school holidays, mid-term breaks, public holidays are all considered.
- Statements are sent via email and reminders to pay via WhatsApp.
- Schools don’t want to be liable for Cash. ONLY Electronic payments will be accepted.
- REFERENCE for EFT: School name (abbreviated) + Student name & Surname OR the KDZ 0000 number given on your invoice.
- Any outstanding monthly payments will result in immediate termination of lessons till receipt of payment.
- A R50-00 admin fee will be charged on all late payments received after the 7th of that month for every month that your account is in arrears.
